.:Operation Hours & Daily Flow:.
Classes are held on Tuesdays from 12:00 - 4:00 and Thursdays 10:00 - 2:00. Kids can choose up to 3 classes per day. Click here for how our days flow.
We ask families to please arrive about 10 minutes early to find our spots for the day, get your schedule cards made and be ready for classes to start. The last half hour of each day is spent on Family Chores where everyone pitches in to clean up our space together. It’s amazing how fast this part happens every time!
If you need to leave early, please check with Mrs. Christin to see how you can help before you go.
.:Checking In At CCC:.
When you first arrive, please sign in on the attendance sheet at the first check-in table. Some weeks you will also find newsletters, field trip signup forms, or any lost and found items on this table as well.
.:Submitting Prayer/Praise Requests:.
The next table is our Prayer request table and is covered with a light blue table cloth.
Families are welcome to fill out a prayer request card for themselves, a loved on or even a praise report to drop in our prayer request box. Feel free to write it anonymously or add your name, whichever you are comfortable with - it’s all voluntary of course.
At the end of the day, we hand out these cards to our other families to take home and pray over your request each day.

Name tags and schedule cards are the next table :)
After kids make their name tags, they can pull a blank schedule card and find the labels that match which classes they signed up for over the weekend. (Printed roster sheets will be provided at this table incase someone forgot what they signed up for)
If your child pre-registered for a green class, kid’s can get those stickers from the check-in helper. If someone wants to change their class the day of, please check with Mrs. Christin BEFORE making changes as we may not always have spots available.
After cards are made, kids will want to find their seats as classes start after the daily announcements.

Once classes start, we have 3 rounds to go!
If kids finish early, they’re welcome to drop into any of our resource rooms (Level Up!, Brick & Board, Architects & Carvers, Cardboard Engineering or MYOC Skills Lab), but they are not allowed to disrupt other classes that are following teachers or structured learning styles.
Families are also welcome to snack and drink as they need throughout the day, but we do ask that no food or drink is taken into the classrooms. Please and thank you :)
.:At the End of the Day:.
With being in the business of helping kids learn all about honor, integrity, responsibility, respect, etc. of course we encourage families to participate with our Family Chores clean up process at the end of each day :)
On the family chore table by the kitchen window, there are a few stacks of chore cards. We always start with the green ones first, followed by the orange cards and finish with the pink ones. The task is typed on the front of the card and the instructions are provided on the back.
Once you pick your card, it is you and your family’s responsibility to see that chore through to completion. Once it’s been completed, please return the card to the family chore table bin and pick another card. We hope that all families continue this until the work is done so we can all go home around the same time.
If families need to leave early, please see Mrs. Christin for a chore that could be done before you head out. Thank you for participating with this part of our environment!
