First day Checklist
New Family Onboarding
Everything you need to start our next session is right here. It’s as easy as 1-2-3 :)
1. Family File Registration Paperwork (New Families ONLY!)
In your Parent Registration folder, you should have the following forms and a few more waivers in the right pocket. If you did not get a folder or are missing any papers, you can download our registration paperwork to complete at home. Please bring all forms with you on your first day.

2. Session Payments (ALL Families)
All families will receive an invoice that includes tuition and/or food fund fees for the current session. If you are new, you’ll see an annual registration fee added as well. Payments are typically due a week before we start our session. Payments can be sent to our Venmo account @ArisingFoundations or paid in cash on your first day.
3. Early Setup Helper Signups (ALL Families)
All families are required to sign up for at least (1) Early Setup Helpers spot per session. If you attend both days, then you need to sign up for (2) spots.
Early Setup Helpers arrive at least 45 minutes early to prepare classrooms & activities, set up tables & chairs, etc. If you have little ones, they can come too. We have things for them to do or our older kids can help watch them as we set up.

Oops…there’s actually a #4 - Pre-Registering for ‘Green’ Classes :)
In this session, we offer a few ‘green’ classes that require kids to join each week for the whole session. These classes build from week-to-week so kids won’t want to miss them. Signups are due by the end of our first week and mean your child has that spot all session - no need to signup again later :)
